Well as alot of people said, female Elementalist or Mesmer would be great for you
I'd say aeromancer or hydromancer would be best..

I love meeting people who refuse to believe that girls actually play games. But then that's because i like laughing at others idiotic arrogence.

I'm a girl in game and out, and my 'fashion victim' gal (I change colors on her every week) is a female ele, blue hair with the Geisha 'do, 15K aeromancer armor. You want girly you got it! The 15K armor picks up color really well. She was a deep pink for a bit (red + purple + silver), looked really nice. Now she's all navy (blue + black).

Remember you can dye your weapons to match
